The promenade is situated at the end of the Brunel mile, focusing on the SS Great Britain, Brunel's famous ship.
The intention is to create a series of spaces where shapes and volumes invite intuitive reactions as in a natural landscape -
seating, observing, resting, passing by, ... -, creating a public space with a volume closer to a landscape than to a traditional
urban promenade.
